A lover of taste and respectful of the product, Olivier Boizet cooks the way he likes to eat. A gourmet cuisine, written according to the seasons. Contemporary but not ephemeral, contemporary without fashion. An essence of creativity, a sense of flavor. Based in a region with rich soil, he maintains close relationships with his suppliers, who are often small-scale producers. Motivated by the changing seasons, he reinvents French-inspired recipes, letting the product express all its subtleties ….

Champlong is also a lively estate, open to its surroundings and the talents that bring them to life. Throughout the year, cultural events, contemporary art exhibitions (notably with Galerie DEZA), conferences and wellness weekends keep the estate alive and kicking.

Galerie Deza, whose common thread is color, has always put the spotlight on artists in whom it “believes”, and with whom it has established a relationship of trust. In Villerest, it is no exception to this rule, nor to its guiding principle: to introduce us to contemporary art in all its simplicity, without elitism or half-heartedness. The adventure continues beyond the city’s borders, for the better and for the love of art in all its forms (paintings, sculptures…).
